Kel "kelmikico" Porter is an illustrator, event curator, game designer, graphic designer, and social media personality from the DFW area. Since 2016, they've been creating distinctively unique art pieces and have cultivated an untapped style unlike any other artist.

kelmikico has worked with many other creators to elevate their brands, such as merchandise designs for Demxntia, Glass Beach, and Galaxy Swim Team. They've also worked as an event art director for Shinigami, creating promotional material. In 2017, Kel collaborated with Hermippe on several pixel art style pieces.

Throughout 2017 to 2018, kelmikico was an intern for Biker Gang Booking. Their creative direction was used for several events and live shows in collaboration with them.

In 2015, kelmikico participated in Gameboy Jam 4 with their entry Crawlies, a browser game about catching bugs made within a week. They worked on the game with developers TNERB Games and Sink's Adventure.

In 2019, they participated in PARADYM, an event to showcase local Dallas creatives and artists.

kelmikico also curates music events, online and offline. During the height of the Covid-19 Pandemic, kelmikico has fostered an online musical festival community and has hosted several online music events, such as metalEvergreen in collaboration with Arte et Labore (2021), their personally curated event Snow Day (2020) and Gasleak (2020), an event in collaboration with hyperpop artist Alice Gas.

kelmikico is currently working on combining their extensive history of game design with their creative art direction to produce several upcoming projects in 2021.
